I chose to work for Showa because it was a stable, local company that values employee development. From my beginnings as an R&D Lab Technician to my current role and Plant Manager, I've seen firsthand the investment that Showa makes in its employees. Now, as a leader within the organization, it is my duty to continue to invest in our people... the same way that Showa did for me! -S. Robertson
In 1991 I graduated college with a degree in Safety Science looking to start a career and Showa was looking for someone to develop a formal safety program. 30 years later our journey continues. Employees are our greatest asset and ensuring the health and safety of those employees is my life’s mission. Working at Showa you will help make a product that is a line of defense in protecting our customers and in-turn Showa works to develop and maintain a culture where the safety and health of its employees is of utmost priority and a core value within the organization. - E. Yoder

SHOWA Group has stepped forward to meet this challenge, and now you can too.
Manufacturing gloves in America, for Americans, is a patriotic way to help our workers in our community and across the nation in this time of great need.
